Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BridgeTenant ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

BridgeTenant provides automated security assessment and pre-migration analysis tools for Microsoft 365 tenants. The Service connects to your Microsoft 365 environment via Microsoft Graph API with read-only permissions to collect configuration data and generate assessment reports.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

4. Microsoft 365 Tenant Authorization

By connecting a Microsoft 365 tenant to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to grant admin consent for the tenant
  • You have the authority to allow read-only access to tenant configuration data
  • Connecting the tenant does not violate any agreements or policies

BridgeTenant will never modify, delete, or alter any data or configuration in your Microsoft 365 environment.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial includes limited features as described on our pricing page. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.3 Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If automatic payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to assess tenants you do not own or have authorization for
  • Share assessment reports with competitors or for malicious purposes
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BridgeTenant and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Assessment reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for your internal business use only. You may share reports with auditors, consultants, or partners as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Assessment results are complete or error-free
  • Following recommendations will prevent security incidents
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or secure

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGETENANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BridgeTenant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • No refunds for unused subscription periods (unless required by law)

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms or acceptable use policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Service Provider
