Cookie Policy
Last updated: February 2026
1. Our Approach
BridgeTenant uses minimal cookies and browser storage. We are committed to privacy and only store what is strictly necessary for the service to function.
2. Authentication
BridgeTenant uses localStorage (not cookies) to store authentication tokens. When you log in via a social provider (Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, or Apple), a JWT token is stored in your browser's localStorage and sent with API requests. No session cookies are used.
3. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users. Plausible collects only aggregate, anonymous data such as:
- Page views and referral sources
- Country and device type (based on request headers, not tracking)
- Browser and operating system
Plausible is fully GDPR-compliant and does not require cookie consent. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared with third parties. Learn more at plausible.io/data-policy.
4. Third-Party Services
Stripe may set its own cookies on checkout pages for payment processing. See the Stripe Privacy Policy for details. No other third-party cookies are used.
5. Managing Browser Storage
To clear BridgeTenant data from your browser, you can use your browser's developer tools to clear localStorage, or use the "Clear site data" option in your browser settings. Note that clearing localStorage will log you out of the application.
We respect the "Do Not Track" browser setting. Our analytics provider (Plausible) does not track individual users regardless of this setting.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
